The innovative, efficient design of Elaine autoclave offers such feature and benefits that make sterilization of any of your instruments easier and more effective then ever. Elaine autoclave complies with EN-13060 standard. It can sterilize any kind of hollow, porous, wrapped or unwrapped instruments.

At present, the fractionated vacuum is the most advanced and safe system for the elimination of air pockets. Thanks to the different phase of vacuum alternated to the compression phase, the air pockets both in the sterilization chamber and in the hollow and porous tools are expelled and the validity of the sterilization cycle is so guaranteed. On completion of the selected sterilizing program, also, Elaine automatic, pulsed, vacuum assisted drying phase to ensure instruments perfectly dry.

The single-piece, 17 liters formed stainless steel sterilization chamber ensure higher durability, quality and finishing. Elaine autoclave provides five trays to satisfy the max. Load of customer¡¯s need.

According to EN-13060 standard, the sterilization of all wrapped or unwrapped, solid, hollow and porous products as represented by the test loads in this standard. Elaine provide three easy sterilizing program: 121¡æ & 134¡æ for wrapped and unwrapped tools. Completely computerized management for monitoring of all operational function, a clear and graphical display shows the synchronal progress.
Elaine autoclave applied high efficiently vacuum pump and solenoid valve to ensure quality and lifetime.
