Our products are Designed and Made in the USA, allowing us to control cost and quality. Products are manufactured with quality materials in our manufacturing facility located in Croydon, Pennsylvania. We continues to upgrade our manufacturing assets with automated sewing equipment, thermoforming and compression forming presses/molds. Also, in 2011 Bilt Rite/Mastex Health expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include high-quality therapeutic antibacterial paraffin wax.
Each of our products must meet stringent specifications. Our manufacturing process strives to eliminate product defects and has consistently kept our defect rate to less than 1 per 10,000 units year after year. Bilt-Rite/Mastex Health’s quality tracking program is second to none. Bilt-Rite/Mastex Health is an Underwriter’s Laboratories and FDA registered manufacturer.
