Pulmonary Function IQmark™ Digital Spirometer The IQmark™ Digital Spirometer, only 10 oz., is one of the latest additions
to Midmark Diagnostics Group digital diagnostic family. The IQmark Digital Spirometer has
met or exceeded the strict requirements of the American Thoracic Society. It
provides physicians with an easy-to-use, inexpensive, yet sophisticated
computer-aided spirometry system for private practice, clinical or hospital
applications. Results of Forced Vital Capacity (FVC), Slow Vital Capacity (SVC), Maximum Voluntary Ventilation (MVV), and Pre/Post-Bronchodilator tests are displayed in "real time". The software selects the best test and automatically calculates predicted values and percentage of predicted. The spirometer utilizes the proven technology of the Fleisch-pneumotach with a Disposable Pneumotach Mouthpiece. This minimizes the chance of patient cross-contamination, ensuring safe and convenient testing. User defined measurements and Flow-Volume and Volume-Time graphs are printed on plain paper. It also provides all the measurements required from a diagnostic spirometer, including FEV6 that is recommended by the NLHEP. The IQmark Digital Spirometer automatically reports the patient’s Lung Age and COPD Risk for use in smoking cessation program. Linked with our IQmark Diagnostic Workstation software, the software lets you use the same patient database to obtain ECG, Holter and Vital Signs data digitally.
