| Details: The HydroAire is a Medicare categorized Group III pressure-relieving, air-fluidized system that provides the best therapy for patients with advanced Stage III and IV pressure ulcers. Support is delivered by air-fluidized microspheres (beads) that can be adjusted. An adjustable trunk support assists patients with respiratory complications. Medicare typically requires that patients must have tried a Group II mattress before qualifying for the HydroAire system. |
