Beat-to-beat variability

The TechPatient CARDIO ECG simulator can be configured to introduce beat-to-beat variability both in
amplitude and rate, while keeping a predefined mean value.

This tight control over mean and deviation parameters is specially useful when testing the
ruggedness of beat rate detection and automatic gain control algorithms, an impossible task
using standard arrhythmia simulators without statistical information.
